What landed
1.3.2 carries two fixes and no new features. Both of them are the kind you only find when something goes wrong on a machine you cannot see, which is why they took a maintenance build. The full list is on the release page.
The installer stops duplicating itself
Updating on Windows used to leave a second shortcut behind. Not a broken install, just clutter that made you wonder whether the update actually replaced anything. The installer now updates the existing shortcut instead of adding another one.
The panel reopens
Closing a panel and opening it again could take the renderer down with it. That panel holds the chat, so the crash arrived exactly when you were trying to get back to work. Reopening is now the quiet operation it should have been from the start.
